Here in this section, I will showcase some of my  electronics projects.  My other favorite past time is doing small electronic projects. Anything to do with electricity interests me. Right from my childhood days, I am fascinated by electronic devices. May be because of that fascination, I did my engineering studies in electronics and communication. Further, I am currently employed in electronics industry.

I like to do analog design as it is more challenging and I am equally good (if not better) in digital electronics as well. I love designing with microcontrollers. So far, I have used 8 bit micros in all my projects but have some level of experience with 16 and 32 bit as well. Remember, I am from the good old days of 8085 microprocessors and these tiny microcontrollers continues to amazes me. I have done designs with the following microcontrollers and feel comfortable with them

8051 based MCUs - From Atmel

PIC Microcontrollers - From Microchip

AVR Microcontrollers - From Atmel

HC08 Microcontrollers - From Freescale

My main interest is in using my electronics knowledge for home automation. Due to time constraints I could not accomplish a complete home automation system. May be sometime later I should put quality time and effort to come up with a neat project.

Anyway, have a look at my projects. I should apologize that the pages will not be a tutorial but rather a sort of documentation. As of now, its all just pictures and few descriptions about the project. I will upload some more technical information about these projects later.
